Order processing
Orders are normally prepared within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.
Estimated delivery
Standard tracked delivery in the United States is generally estimated at 4–6 business days after dispatch. Estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, address issues or unusually high demand.
Shipping charges
Available shipping services and charges are shown before payment. Current US checkout pricing uses a $4.95 tracked-shipping charge, with promotional free-shipping offers where displayed.
Tracking
Once dispatched, tracking information is sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to show its first scan.
